After making the payment you need to wait for some minutes or couple hour need to verified from payment gateway.
You will get an email of Service Activation and Proxy platform login details.

You can login into Client area & in top navigation bar you will see a 'Download Your Proxy List' tab click it and it automatically login in proxy platform . Remember after service confirmation you can login in panel.
